The problem does not manifest itself when you open the file, because Acrobat (or Reader) can ignore quite a bit of problems and still display the PDF file correctly. You may have a newer PDF file, and an old version of the Acrobat Reader. One of our developers rolled back to the Q1 version and the issue disappears. Note that if you are seeing error 109 when opening a PDF file, chances are that the file is corrupt or at least unreadable.
If the user wants to keep a copy of the report they do a Save As and save wherever they want.
If you add at least 2 additional symbols (spaces) to some line - PDF willl open without problems. Already a member?
