I almost went nuts over this but you saved me!!! However, if the user tries other public IP printers, the add/delete/configure options are completely greyed out, the user can't even try. They were working fine last week. I'm sorry but what does the TCP/IP sharing system consists in?
I wonder how the SNMP setting got there in the first place, because the printer used to work just fine in the past. I'm not an expert but I thought there might be something blocking the files I send for printing, maybe something related to windows firewall. Or must I leave my computer on at all times?
