Thanks for your help, McGiord. It had frozen with ‘an error occurred' after an internet outage while installing. There are 2 possibilities for fixing this issue, one of which involves deleting all the content from the AppStore folder and the other involves the terminal and running a command line this content And Sign Out the Apple App Store, sign back in, it might ask you to re-check your payment information for verification, and probably ask for adding some security questions.
Run App Store and re-try. That didn't help. I would still like to see a number of improvements. Therefore you need to enable the cookies in Safari.
