This looks for me that plugin is active/normal, but AcroRd32.exe doesn't return data to plugin or doesn't render PDF data (possibly wait/dead lock at somewhere, instead of temporary failure). I tried the hilton site with no luck so I tried the flash 9 demo link [url]http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/productinfo/features/[/url] and the link required me to do an "express install" to see the demo.
