I too was having trouble and nothing was working. After hours of uninstalling and reinstalling, I decided to try this.....and it worked like a charm :) 1) Close all browsers 2) Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash 3) Copy "NPSWF32.dll" 4) Go to Most newer computers that have both INTERNET EXPLORER 64 bit, AND INTERNET EXPLORER 32 bit installed. The added bonus is that now I'm a member of this great site. The solution is actually buried in one of the above answers. Cancel the installer And right click the task-bar and open task manager,look for anything Adobe and close it, Also close the browsers.
